Now even Google seems to be impressed by the grandeur and divinity of Maha Kumbh. Therefore, for the first time, in a policy change, Google has decided to integrate a temporary city (the Maha Kumbh Mela area) for navigation. An MoU has also been signed between Google and the Maha Kumbh Mela Authority in this regard. As per the provisions of this MoU, Google will prepare a special navigation for Mahakumbh, with the help of which devotees will be able to track the location of all the sites, akharas and even saints located here. This special sailing is likely to begin in late November or early December. It is noteworthy that there is curiosity not only in India but all over the world about Mahakumbh, the biggest event of the Sanatan faith. Everyone is desperate to attend this big meeting.
The temporary city will have facilities for the first time
To put navigation in simple words, detailed information about the route to a place is called navigation or orientation in computer or mobile language. In ancient times, people used to go towards their destination using paper maps or by asking people, but in modern times, this task has become very easy through Google navigation. These navigators not only show you the complete map of the place but also give you detailed information about when and where to go. Google usually provides navigation for cities around the world, but for the first time it agreed to provide this feature for a temporary city. In this, you will provide information about major roads, religious places, ghats, akharas and places of notable saints.
Millions of devotees will get facilities
Vivek Chaturvedi, additional in-charge of the fair, said there is a huge gathering of people around the world, but Google has not allowed navigation for any temporary program till date. This is the first time that considering the grandeur of Mahakumbh and the number of people gathering here, Google has changed its policy and integrated Mahakumbh Mela area in its navigation map. With this agreement between Google and the fair authority, more than 45 million Indian and foreign devotees who come here during Mahakumbh in Prayagraj will get the benefit of this technology and will be able to reach their destinations easily.
Digital Kumbh concept to become a reality
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has emphasized on the use of digital technology in this grand event in view of the convenience of the devotees. This initiative of the fair authority is in line with its intentions. Thanks to this, devotees who come here will not have any problem in reaching their destination. Through Google Map on your mobile, you will be able to obtain complete navigation of your destination and with your guide you will be able to reach the objective easily. If a devotee wants to go to the banks of the Sangam, locate a particular Akhara or bow his head at a temple, then he will not need to ask anyone. You can easily locate it through Google navigation on your mobile. Using navigation it will also be easier to reach a particular saint.
