According to information, mother (60) and daughter (29) live together in Belagavi, Karnataka. Recently, some people who live in his neighborhood entered the house. He began to beat him brutally. According to the victim’s complaint, several members of the neighboring family had forcibly entered her house. He dragged them both away. After this they began to beat him. During that time she was accused of prostitution. It is alleged that despite repeated efforts by the mother and daughter, the police have been reluctant to register their complaint and provide security for two days.

After this, both of them arrived at the City Police Commissioner. Following his instructions, an FIR was registered against three persons at Maruti police station. The three accused have been charged under various sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). Police said they began investigating the incident. The victimized mother and daughter continually demand security, alleging threats to their lives.

In this case, the police also registered an FIR under sections 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the IPC and started investigating the case.
