Sarpanch and his family killed Dalit youth
In Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh, a Dalit youth was beaten to death by Sarpanch and his relatives. The dispute began over the irrigation of the fields, which quickly led to death. A video of the incident is also going viral on social media, in which the powerful Sarpanch along with his family members is seen beating the young man by throwing him to the ground. The police registered an FIR against the accused and started investigating the case.
In Indergarh village under Subhashpura police station of Shivpuri district, the sarpanch of Subhashpura and his men brutally killed a youth. Vishnu Jatav (27), a resident of Gwalior, had gone to his maternal uncle’s house. Meanwhile, on November 26, he was watering the fields. While watering the field, suddenly Sarpanch Padam Singh Dhakad and his relatives Betal Dhakad, Jaswant Dhakad, Awadhesh Dhakad, Ankesh Dhakad, Mohar Pal Dhakad, Dakha Bai Dhakad and Vimal Dhakad also reach the farmhouse of the deceased’s maternal uncle.
Young man died during treatment
The Sarpanch and his family first abuse the young man. At the same time, when even this does not fill his stomach, he brutally beats the young man with sticks. As soon as the young man’s relatives got information about the incident, they rushed him to Shivpuri Medical College, where he died late at night during treatment. Since the incident, the victim’s family is in bad shape and crying. At the same time, relatives demand the most severe punishment for the accused.

FIR is registered against eight people including Sarpanch
Giving information about the case, Subhashpura police station in-charge Kripal Singh Rathore said that based on the complaint of the deceased’s relatives, a case is being registered against the sarpanch and his eight relatives under sections of murder. Soon all the accused will be arrested.
