Famous Indian folk singer Sharda Sinha is currently admitted in AIIMS. As per the latest update, Sharda Sinha was left unconscious in the hospital. Sharda is receiving respiratory assistance at Delhi AIIMS since yesterday. Now, the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi also called Sharda Sinha’s son Anshuman Sinha on Tuesday morning to know his health status. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inquired about Sharda Sinha’s health.
Sharda Sinha has cancer
According to information, folk singer Sharda Sinha is suffering from cancer and is on an oxygen system due to health complications. He has been suffering from ‘multiple myeloma’ since 2017. This is a type of bone marrow cancer. Due to his deteriorating health, he is kept on a ventilator at AIIMS, Delhi. Sharda Sinha’s treatment has been going on for more than a week. Sharda Sinha is currently under the supervision of a team of doctors.
Sharda is honored with Padma Bhushan
Sharda Sinha is renowned as a folk singer in India. The singer has sung countless songs in Maithili, Bhojpuri and Magahi languages. Sharda Sinha has also been honored with Padma Bhushan. Sharda Sinha’s husband Braj Kishore Sinha recently passed away.

Singer Sharda Sinha’s son Anshuman has given an update on his mother’s health. Anshuman said his condition is very bad. The doctors are trying. He has also asked to pray for the singer.
