Chandigarh Newsa female peacock: As soon as the winter season began, various social organizations and social workers started coming to help those in need. In this series, social worker Jagmohan Verma of Behlo High School in Morni Khad distributed warm clothes to around four dozen schoolchildren to protect them from the cold. This initiative was taken to create a sense of happiness and security among the children.
This is not the first time Jagmohan Verma has done this kind of work. Earlier he had also distributed warm jackets to the elderly of Morni Khad, to relieve them from the cold. “Everyone needs warm clothes during the winter season and special care needs to be taken for children and the elderly,” Verma said.
Many important personalities were also present during this program. Gharti Sarpanch Parmal Singh, former cooperative bank director Purna Singh Parmar, social workers Champa Devi, Shalini Sharma, Radha Rani, Archana Rana and Surendra Singh graced the occasion with their presence. Everyone appreciated Jagmohan Verma’s efforts and praised his spirit of social service.
The people present appreciated this noble work and said that this effort of social worker Jagmohan Verma will inspire others to help the needy.
