Revelation in Sarita’s murder case
Sonipat News (Aaj Samaj) Sonipat: Sarita, who lived in the city’s Rishi colony, was murdered by her married lover. The police have arrested Sarita’s lover in this case. Sarita’s arrested lover said during police interrogation that he first killed Sarita and then set fire to her house so that no one could doubt that Sarita had been murdered. During police interrogation, Upkar revealed that Sarita was his girlfriend. They both lived in a living relationship. Sarita was a professor at the university. We knew each other since school days. We lived together a few years after Sarita’s divorce.
First I had a fight with Sarita. After that, they stabbed him to death and then set fire to the house to burn the body. Police solved the murder mystery and arrested the accused lover. The Ganaur Criminal Unit presented the accused before the court. From where he has been sent to police preventive detention for two days. It is noteworthy that on October 26, 2024, news was reported that a girl named Sarita was burnt to death in a house fire on Street No. 2, Rishi Colony, Sonipat.
The accused lived in a cohabitation relationship with Sarita without divorcing his wife.
Manish Kumar, in-charge of Ganaur Crime Unit, said that Upkar, originally a resident of Vishnu Nagar, Jagadhri, Yamunanagar, was living in a live-in relationship with Sarita without divorcing his wife. Angered by the domestic dispute, Upkar first murdered Sarita and then set the house on fire. So that no one doubts that Sarita has been murdered. After killing Sarita and burning her body, Upkar fled the scene.
