4pm News Network: The situation is continuously worsening in Delhi-NCR. The AQI in Delhi is still around 450. Delhi has completely transformed into a gas chamber. In this regard, the Delhi government has imposed GRAP-4 restrictions as a precautionary measure to deal with pollution. In this sequence, a hearing takes place on Monday (November 18) in the Supreme Court on a petition related to measures to curb pollution. The bench of Justice Abhay S Oka and Justice Augustine George Masih is hearing this case today. The situation has become serious due to increasing pollution in Delhi. To address this issue, the Delhi government has imposed several restrictions under the Graduated Response Action Plan (GRAP).

Among the activities on which restrictions are in place under GRAP-4 as of today, entry of all trucks except CNG electric trucks connected to essential services has been banned in Delhi. Let us tell you that light commercial vehicles registered outside Delhi are also prohibited. There is a ban on BS-IV vehicles registered in Delhi. These restrictions apply to diesel goods vehicles registered in Delhi. Additionally, a temporary ban on public construction and demolition works has been implemented. Except for days 10 and 12, the studies have been conducted online until day 11. In such a situation, the odd-even decision can also be made in the fourth step, although it is not necessary.
