Bikapur Ayodhya. Under suspicious circumstances, the body of a 16-year-old girl was found hanging from a dupatta with the help of a beam inside the room. When information about the body was found, chaos was generated. The village chief informed the police about the incident. The police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for autopsy.
Nidhi, 16-year-old daughter of Suresh Kori, a resident of Vaishupali, Haiderganj police station area, who lived separately in her room with her two younger sisters after the death of her mother. The father lived out of town. When his younger sister saw the hanging body around 4:00 am on Wednesday, she informed the people nearby. Immediately there was a stir and information was given to the village head, Ajay, who informed the police. Sub-inspector of Haiderganj police station and Aarushi Patel, along with Maurya, arrived with the police force, took possession of the body, conducted a panchnama to find out the cause of death and sent it for post-mortem. The forensic team also reached the spot and conducted investigations. Regarding the incident, police station chairman Mohammad Arshad said that information has been received that the girl committed suicide by hanging herself. An autopsy has been sent to determine the cause of death. The cause of death will be known when the post-mortem report arrives.
