The allegations against the Congress are beyond the truth… Priyanka Gandhi mocked PM Modi regarding the free scheme.

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi.

Politics in Delhi has heated up over Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s statement on the free scheme in Karnataka. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also criticized Kharge’s statement and said that it is easy to make false promises, but impossible to fulfill them. Now the general secretary of the National Congress, Priyanka Gandhi, has responded to the prime minister’s statement. He said the allegations made by the prime minister against the Congress are beyond the truth.

While posting on social media site X, Priyanka Gandhi said that Mahatma Gandhiji used to say: truth is God. Satyamev Jayate written in Mundkopanishad is our national motto. These truth-stating slogans became the ideals of the Indian independence movement, the reconstruction of India and public life. In a country where truth is the basis of thousands of years of culture, a person who occupies the highest position should not resort to lying.

Priyanka said: Guarantee fulfilled in Congress-ruled states

He further wrote that the allegations made by the prime minister against the Congress are beyond the truth. The Congress Party has started the work of fulfilling the promises made to the people of the state as soon as the government is formed, without waiting for the next elections. Be it Karnataka, Telangana or Himachal Pradesh, in Congress-ruled states, people’s money reaches people’s pockets every day through guarantees.

Priyanka said: He destroyed the dignity of the office.

The Congress said that the Prime Minister has realized that his words have no value before the people of the country. There were promises like 100 days plan, taking opinion of 20 lakh people for 2027 roadmap, 2 million jobs every year, 100 smart cities, bringing back black money which has been proven fake and now people of the country is angry. There is no trust in such promises. By making empty promises, the Prime Minister has destroyed the dignity of the highest and most respectable office in the country.

A day earlier, Prime Minister Modi had criticized Kharge’s statement.

In fact, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday criticized Kharge’s statement and said that the Congress party is realizing that it is easy to make false promises, but difficult and impossible to implement them. Campaign after campaign they make promises to people that even they know they can never keep. They have now been severely exposed to the public.

The Prime Minister further said that the people of the country will have to be aware of the culture of false promises sponsored by the Congress. We recently saw how the people of Haryana rejected their lies and preferred a stable, progress-oriented and functional government.
