The defender arrived in tehsil with coat and sash: Pawan Shukla

Milkipur, Ayodhya. A case of interference by a broker in connection with a file in the Milkipur Tehsil complex came to light on Monday. Due to which the defenders of the tehsil created a ruckus. After the uproar, the tehsil’s top defenders met and decided to take action.

Concerned about the amateur runners in the tehsil courts in Milkipur Tehsil complex on Monday, the advocates of Milkipur Tehsil took a written action and decided that in the letter issued by the Bar Council of India, it was directed that the lawyers without COP number, neither black nor black, will not wear coats or scarves nor will they register as lawyers, nor will they practice law in any case. If they are caught doing so, the Bar Association will take action against them. India and the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh have been instructed to take action. So that those defenders can be punished.

In such a situation, non-COP advocates are especially informed that if any non-COP advocate is found to be doing so, a letter will be written to the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and the Bar Council of India to take punitive action against him. They will be the defenders without COP. At present, brokerage is in full swing in the premises of Tehsil Milkipur, so all advocates of Milkipur Bar Council are informed or directed that all of you should try to come to Coat and Band from Tuesday. If there is a dispute with a lawyer without coat or band, then the responsibility will be on that lawyer and the Milkypur Bar Association will not be responsible.
