Today also in Ladwa, the marriage of Tulsi Mata and Lord Shaligram was celebrated with great pomp and joy in many temples, holy places and many housewives in their respective homes. People recited the stories of Lord Vishnu and Tulsi Mata and lit lamps around the Tulsi Mata pot and offered red colored chunni and sixteen items of makeup to Mata Tulsi and prayed for the well-being of their families.
