MP Awadhesh Prasad introduced all the officers present. The minutes of the previous meeting on compliance points were reviewed. He said that the meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee is a very important meeting from the point of view of development, in which the development that is being done by the district administration and public representatives is reviewed and resolved. the problems faced.
He told the meeting that in departments that have not received the budget for the schemes they manage, a letter must be sent to the government through the District Magistrate and a copy of the same must also be made available to the Public Prosecutor. Along with this, he said that in today’s meeting, the Development Director should form a team and ensure that all the schemes in which complaints have been expressed by the public representatives are inspected and the inspection report should be submitted to the District Magistrate within 15 days. business days. Make a copy of it available to me and to the public representatives of the area in question.
The MP said that any development and construction work that has been completed, is in progress or is still proposed in the district, prepare a list and make it available to public representatives and any camps, camps and programs related to welfare schemes public that are organized in the district. Public representatives related to that area should be invited. Along with this, he said that in today’s meeting it must be explained to all officials that they are absent in the meeting without any reason.
He said the district administration should work to ensure that all eligible people benefit from the scheme by implementing public welfare schemes administered by the central and state governments with full transparency.
District magistrate Shri Chandra Vijay Singh directed the development director to seek clarification from any official who was absent without leave in the meeting. The list of schemes under which public representatives have applied should be prepared and submitted immediately. He said that the complaints raised by public representatives should be addressed immediately and a team should be formed for inspection and wherever there is a problem, it should be resolved timely. During the meeting, the Development Director promptly reviewed various government plans.
