Ayodhya. The police chief of Dial 112, who had gone to resolve the dispute, was beaten by the thugs. The police chief stationed in PRV was injured in the fight. Two cases have been registered in the Kotwali Cantt case. One case was filed by the police chief stationed in PRV and the other case was filed on behalf of the victim of the dispute. Efforts are on to arrest the accused.
According to the complaint filed by police chief Shivram published in PRV, he is posted in PRV 5379. On receiving information about the dispute around 10.30 pm on November 28, he went to Banveerpur village in the police station area of Cantt police. Where the abuses and disputes that occurred in the place were pacified. Since the caller who gave the information did not appear, he began to head home. Meanwhile, opposition parties Tripuresh Singh and Prakhar Singh, his sons Shriram Singh and Shriram Singh, his son Jagjivan Singh, attacked him. In which he suffered injuries to his knees and body. A case has been registered in the matter under sections 221, 132, 115(2), 121(1), Criminal Law Amendment Act 7 of the Indian Judicial Code. The second case was filed on behalf of victim Vaibhav Singh. Wherein a case has been registered against the accused under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(4) of the Indian Code of Justice. Kotwali Cantt in-charge Amarendra Singh said a case has been registered. Raids are being carried out to arrest the accused.
