Rohit Shetty’s film Singham Again and Kartik Aryan starrer ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa-3’ released in theaters on the same day. However, even after releasing on the same day, both films earned more than 200 crores. Despite this, both films are still playing in theaters. Now Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 producer Bhushan Kumar has accused the Singham Again team of being unfair. Bhushan Kumar had put a hit on the title track of Singham Again. After which he was eliminated.
Serious accusations against the Singham Again team
Bhushan Kumar recently gave an interview to a YouTube channel called Connect Cine. In this interview, Bhushan Kumar termed the screen sharing process with the Singham Again team as unfair. In which Bhushan Kumar said, ‘Singham Again and our film released on the same day. I didn’t want to complicate the movie. But we had an agreement regarding OTT and many rights. Which is why we couldn’t make the film. Singham Again was also required to have the theme of his film be Ramayana and it was to be released only on Diwali. But I had a discussion with the Singham Again team about screen sharing. In which the Singham Again team was unfair.
Released on the same day but both films earned the same amount.
Karthik Aryan and Trupti Dimri were seen in lead roles in director Anees Bazmee’s film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa-3’. Along with this, many big stars including Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit were seen in this film. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 had an opening of Rs 35.5 crore on the first day. After this, the film performed well at the box office and collected Rs 225.8 crore in 17 days. Singham Again was also the third part of the hit series. This film had a long army of stars including Ajay Devgan and Kareena Kapoor. Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff also appeared in important roles in Singham Again. Arjun Kapoor was seen in the role of villain in the film. Singham Again had an opening of Rs 43 crore. So far, Singham Again has earned Rs 223.5 crore in 17 days.
