Delhi– There has been a big Supreme Court decision on private property. In this case, the Supreme Court said that all private property is not community property. The Supreme Court has overturned the High Court’s decision.
The Supreme Court further said that the review should be done only in public interest. It is an important decision by the nine-member constitutional court. The State cannot take private resources.
We will have to see the need for public interest. The use is possible in the public interest.
