- World Heritage Week held at Maharaja Bijli Pasi Government College

Lucknow. During World Heritage Week, students were told about major sites related to the freedom struggle. This program was made with the inspiration of Dr. Suman Gupta, Principal of Maharaja Bijli Pasi Government College and Dr. Sanobar Haider, Head of History Department of the college. By taking the university students to visit the Kakori Memorial, the main place related to the freedom struggle of their country, all the students were informed about the Kakori Train Day of Action in the freedom struggle.
Information on the cultural importance of this monument was given by giving information about the life stories and sacrifices of the freedom fighters associated with that astonishing incident – Ashfaq Ull Khan, Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil and Thakur Roshan Singh. Dr. Sanobar Haider spoke about all the revolutionaries associated with this historic event.
