The Supreme Court’s decision on the UP Madrasa Act, do you see what the effect will be?

The Supreme Court declared the UP Madarsa Board Act, 2004 constitutional and upheld its constitutionality. The court said that except some provisions of the UP Madrasa Education Board Act, 2004, all others are constitutional.
