Ambala News | Ambalá. As per the instructions of Dr. Shashikant Sharma, District Ayurveda Officer, World Children’s Day was celebrated at GMS Bada under the leadership of Dr. Samidha Sharma MD In-charge of Ayurveda Ayushman Arogya Mandir Bada. In which AAM Bada organized a special medical yoga camp and drawing class.

In which, firstly, Dr. Samidha gave detailed information about eating habits in autumn and gave tips to children to increase their immunity. The boy Raghumanyu Sharma, a sixth grade student at the Army School, took a drawing class. In which they taught him the art of making various paintings with ease. On this occasion school teachers Ashok Sir were present.

Free medicines were distributed to 40 children

After this, free medicines were distributed to 40 children in the medical camp and everyone welcomed this initiative of the Department of AYUSH Ambala and Ayushman Arogya Mandir.

On this occasion, yoga assistant Dapindrajit Kaur, yoga instructor Sonia Sharma and him taught Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Trikonasana, Ardhachakrasana and meditation yoga like Brahmari, Anulom Vilom, Om pronunciation etc. to school children and Anganwadi. Dr Samidha also said that her center in Village Bada organizes three yoga sessions daily.
