A major incident of theft has come to light on the railway track located in Baraut Kotwali area of Baghpat district. Two unknown thieves stole goods worth approximately Rs 15 lakh from a Mi and OnePlus mobile care center located here. The two thieves who carried out the incident entered the center on the morning of November 17 and carried out the crime without raising suspicions. After which they fled from there with the merchandise. This theft incident was captured by the CCTV camera installed in the store. So the Kotwali police are investigating the case.
The robbers took away goods worth Rs 15 lakh, including mobiles and laptops.
According to sources, the thieves entered the center and took away mobile phones, laptops, cash worth Rs 50,000, smart watches, screens, power banks, mobile accessories and other valuable equipment kept there. The thieves committed the robbery so secretly that no one had a clue. When the store owner checked the center, he found out about this incident. After this, he immediately informed the police. Once information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and began investigations.
Police registered the case and started investigation.
The police registered a case on the complaint of victim businessman Sanjeev Singhal and started searching for the accused. Police said they are examining CCTV cameras to identify the robbers. According to the police, this entire incident was well planned, because after entering the store, the thieves quickly stole the merchandise and fled the scene with great caution. Although the entire robbery incident has been captured on CCTV, soon the accused will be arrested and their property will also be recovered.
The thieves will be caught as soon as possible.
Police officials say the accused will be arrested soon. In this case, around 4 police teams are investigating various aspects, including questioning nearby shopkeepers, collecting CCTV footage from the incident site and information from local sources. Following this theft incident, there is an atmosphere of fear among regional merchants and the general public. The traders have demanded that the police act as soon as possible regarding security. This incident has further deepened concerns over rising crimes in Baghpat district. In this case, the police have claimed that the clues of the thieves will soon be found and strict punishment will be meted out to them.
