The company shared important information about the registration date in an exchange filing on Thursday, November 21. Wipro said the company’s board of directors has set the record date for the bonus shares as Tuesday, December 3. This means that Wipro shares will trade without bonus on December 3. Investors who buy shares of the company on December 3 will not be able to benefit from the free shares. Investors have until December 2 to make use of the extra shares. The company will issue extra shares for each share purchased until Monday, December 2.
