Omani player Shakeel Ahmed sets new world record in T20 International

This is the highest innings played in this batting position in T20 International so far. Previously, this record was in the name of West Indies bowler Akil Hosein who played an unbeaten innings of 44 runs in the T20 match played against England at Bridgetown in the year 2022.
