Shreyas Iyer scored his third double century in the Ranji Trophy with the help of 20 fours and 8 sixes in 201 balls. This is his first double century with his bat in Ranji after 9 years. Previously, he had achieved this great feat in the year 2015. Iyer returned to the pavilion after scoring 233 runs in 228 balls. He hit 24 fours and 9 sixes in his brilliant innings. In this way, Shreyas Iyer managed to achieve his highest score in the Ranji Trophy. Previously, Iyer’s highest score in first-class cricket was 202 runs not out.
