Voting will be held today in the first phase in 43 assembly constituencies of Jharkhand. Voting will take place until 4 p.m. in 939 polling stations located in rural areas selected from the point of view of distance and security. In this phase, there are many important seats like Koderma, Barkatha, Barhi, Barkagaon, Hazaribagh, Simaria, Chatra, Baharagora, Ghatshila, Potka, Jugsalai, Jamshedpur East, Jamshedpur West. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be touring Bihar where he will lay the foundation stone of AIIMS Darbhanga. Chief Minister of State Nitish Kumar, Union Ministers Chirag Paswan and Jitan Ram Manjhi and many other dignitaries will also be present on this occasion.
