Ayodhya. Santosh Kumar Sharma, CEO of Ayodhya Ji Teerth Vikas Parishad, inspected the development of tourism facilities at Shri Rishabh Dev Digambar Jain Temple and Chitragupta Temple, Haiderganj. During this, Dheeraj Srivastava and PN Singh, joint executive director, Ayodhya Ji Teerth Vikas Parishad, were present.
Somnath Srivastava, the temple caretaker present at the Chitragupt temple located in Haiderganj, said that the temple is run by Shri Chitragupt Mandir Seva Trust. Previously these lands belonged to Nazul. In which case the deed of sale has been executed in favor of the temple trust. The project director informed that approval has been received to develop the area around Shri Chitragupta temple in Haiderganj for development of tourist facilities. The DPR of the project has been prepared by the executing agency UPPCL and sent to the Directorate. This provided for the entrance to the temple, signage, bathrooms, stairs and a hall and floor for devotees to sit at the top of the temple. The executive director directed the deputy project manager to make proper arrangements for devotee seating, access routes, signage, toilets, flooring and flooring work on priority basis. In addition to this, the temple property deed must be obtained by contacting the temple committee.
The deputy project director said that the RPD carried out the work on the outer part of the Shri Rishabhdev Digambar Jain temple itself, where paths, lighting and seating arrangements for devotees have been provided. The temples themselves are being built inside the temple by organizing them according to their traditions. Temple head Ravindra Kirti Swami ji said it would be appropriate if modern façade lighting work is carried out in the temples built by his organisation. The Executive Director directed the Deputy Project Manager to submit the DPR sent to the management level. If an amendment is possible, talks can be held once. Apart from this, works like construction of roads, proper lighting, benches for devotees to sit on, street lighting, signage of drinking water management board etc. should be done on priority.
At the time of inspection, Deputy Project Director Ajay Kumar Mishra, Junior Engineer Manoj Kumar Maurya, Dr Jeevan Prakash Jain and other officials of Uttar Pradesh Project Corporation Limited were present.
