A horrific accident occurred while taking a selfie at the water bank in Shahpura district headquarters in Rajasthan. Two nationally selected table tennis players tragically died here. Due to his death, a wave of mourning spread in the city of Shahpura.
As soon as the information about the accident was received, the district collector and police officials reached the spot and rescued the bodies of both the children.
Shahpura Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Arya said Shlok Jagetia, 12, a resident of Shahpura, a class 9 student studying at Vivekananda Government Model School located in main Shahpura district, and Rudra Pratap Soda of 15 year old class 9 students from an Indian public school were caught while playing table tennis. He was an excellent player. He has recently been selected at the national level. In such a situation, both students were practicing the game of table tennis in the room located at the Government Model School.
After sports practice, he went to a pond located in front of the model school and began taking selfies with his mobile phone, when he suddenly fell into the pond, causing both students to drown.
We tell you that this is not the first case of death by selfie, but these cases occur quite frequently. Some foolishly fell under the train and others drowned in the canal. Many of these terrible incidents happen but some people do not learn from them and play with death every day.
