Police arrested a middle-aged man who ran a coaching center in Aligarh city, Uttar Pradesh. The owner of a coaching center has been accused of raping a 12th grade student. The students and family members created a lot of fuss regarding this matter.
Actually, this matter came to light when a group of students and their parents gathered in front of the coaching center located at Surendra Nagar of Kuwarsi area in Aligarh and made serious allegations against the owner of the center Dhananjay. Upon receiving information, the police reached the spot.
Giving information in this regard, police told PTI that the crowd was increasing outside the training centre. Angry people were trying to confront the accused Dhananjay. But then he locked himself in a room.
Later, the police reached the spot and after dispersing the crowd, arrested the accused Dhananjay. In this case, the victim has lodged a complaint against the accused and a case has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Code of Justice.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mayank Pathak further said that many students have alleged that they had earlier also complained about Dhananjay’s improper and inappropriate behavior with female students. Some students also claimed to have informed the accused’s wife about the incidents, but no action was taken.
DSP Mayank Pathak said that they are investigating the matter further and other victims have also been asked to come forward. Currently, there is a lot of anger among students’ families over this issue. They demand strict action against the accused.
