The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education may organize the upcoming 10th and 12th board exams after March 8. The board has sent a proposal to the government to organize the secondary and middle school exams in 2025 after Mahashivratri, the last bath of Mahakumbh. According to the Education Board, there will be more people during Mahakumbh. In such a situation, the board exams should be conducted after this.

In 2024, UP Board 10th and 12th exams were held from February 22 to March 9. The exam was carried out in two shifts. The exam was carried out in the first shift from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and in the second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. While the practical exams were carried out in two phases from January 25 to February 9.

UP Board Exam Schedule 2025: When will the schedule be released?

The date sheet for board exams in 2024 was released on December 7. According to media reports, after getting approval from the government, the Board of Education will release the schedule for the 10th and 12th board exams in 2025. Strict security measures were taken at the exam centers last time. More than two lakh students had dropped out of the exam in high school and middle school.

UP Board Exam 2025: When was the result released?

While the result of Matriculation and Intermediate was declared in 2024 on April 21. Around 55 lakh students had registered for the exam. 89.5 percent of students passed in secondary school and 82.6 percent in middle school. Prachi Nigam of Sitapur topped the state in class 10 with a score of 98.50 per cent. While at 12th rank, Shubham Verma secured the first position with a score of 97.80 per cent.
