UP Board exam dates have been announced. This time the board exams for classes 10th and 12th will be held from February 24 to March 12. It was believed that due to Mahakumbh, the exam date could be later. But keeping in mind the academic calendar and the future of the students, the UP government decided to conduct the exam at the scheduled time.

It was speculated that the Board of Secondary Education (UPMSP) secondary and intermediate board exams in Uttar Pradesh in the year 2024 could be held later than last year due to the Maha Kumbh. Last year i.e. 2023 board exams started on February 22, 2024.

This time, 27,40,151 candidates will appear in the Uttar Pradesh Board Secondary School Examination, while 26,98,446 candidates will appear in the Intermediate Examination. Keeping in mind this large number of students, the board officials have taken this measure so that there are no problems in the conduct of the exams and the safety of the examination centers can be ensured.
We tell you that in the last five years, only in 2022, the exam was held in the month of March, while in other years the exam used to start at the end of February.
Students have registered for Asia’s biggest exam, UP Board 2025. 54 lakh 38 thousand 597 candidates have registered for this exam. However, this year fewer students have registered for the exam compared to last year.
In this UP Board exam, 27 lakh 40 thousand 151 candidates have registered in secondary school and 26 lakh 98 thousand 446 candidates have registered in intermediate exam. In the previous examination, 55 lakh 25 thousand 308 candidates had been registered, of which 29 lakh 47 thousand 311 students were registered for high school and 25 lakh 77 thousand 997 students were registered for middle school.
