4pm News Network: The result of the police recruitment written exam has been declared today (November 21) by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB). Candidates can check their result by visiting the official website of the board, uppbpb.gov.in. Let us tell you that with the release of the result, the category limit has been released. Passed candidates will be considered qualified for the physical test.
According to the information, the UP Police Constable Examination was held on August 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31 with the objective of filling 60,244 constable posts. The previous attempt at the exam, held in February, was canceled due to allegations of paper leaks and subsequent student protests. In such a situation, all the candidates are waiting for the release of the result which ended today i.e. 21st November.
Along with the UP Police Constable result, the Police Board will also release the cut off marks as per the category (General/ OBC/ SC/ ST/ EWS). Candidates who will obtain the prescribed cut-off marks according to category. They will be considered qualified for the physical test, the next stage of recruitment.
- According to reports, after the results are published, the UP Police Board will announce the date for the physical test.
- The Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET) can be started from December 15, 2024.
