Parliament Session Day 3, (Aaj Samaj), New Delhi: Today is the second day of the winter session of Parliament and as soon as the Lok Sabha proceedings begin in the Manipur and Adani case, the opposition has started creating a ruckus. On the first day of Monday, there was a debate between Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and vice president Jagdeep Dhankhar on the Adani issue.
