In a village in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, the son attacked his father and killed him. The accused son is said to suffer from a mental disorder. He was working in the field with his father. This incident occurred during this time. The police have arrested the accused.
A police officer said this incident occurred on Saturday morning. Jai Prakash Chauhan, 55, and his son Mohit Chauhan were working in the field in Chandraul village in Ubhaon area of the district. During this time there was an argument between the two about some topic. Angry, Mohit attacked his father with a hoe.
Circle officer Mohammad Faheem Qureshi said that both father and son were working together when Mohit attacked his father with a hoe, due to which he was seriously injured. He was immediately taken to the nearest health center, but during treatment doctors declared him dead.
Following the complaint of the deceased’s wife, a case has been registered against the accused son, Mohit, under relevant sections of the Indian Code of Justice. The police have arrested the accused. This matter is being investigated. A medical examination is being carried out to determine the mental state of the accused.
Let us tell you that a similar case came to light in Ballia district in the year 2018. At that time, a crazy son had killed his father for money. In March of that year he was sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment. Additionally, the court had imposed a fine of Rs 2,000 on him.
District Judge Ashok Kumar found the murderer’s son Triloki Rajbhar guilty and announced the punishment. Giving information about this heinous murder, then Superintendent of Police Dev Ranjan Verma said that Triloki Rajbhar often demanded money from his family members.
I used to fight every day about this. His family members were also very concerned about his actions. It was June 4, 2018. That day also Triloki Rajbhar was asking his relatives for money. During this time, he brutally beat up his father Gaurishankar Rajbhar over a monetary dispute.
His father fell unconscious at home. He was taken to the hospital, where he died. The family lodged a complaint against Triloki, following which the police arrested him. After 6 years, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment.
