On the night of Diwali in Shahdara, Delhi, two lamps of the same family went out and there was mourning in the house. In fact, on Thursday, the family was celebrating Diwali in front of their house when two gunmen arrived and shot dead a 40-year-old man and his 16-year-old nephew.
