Thief stole garlic worth 40 thousand rupees
Late on Friday night, a ruthless thief broke into the garlic wholesale market of Rafiq, a resident of Old Sitapur in the city, and stole around 70 kg of garlic. The value of the stolen garlic is said to be Rs 40,000. Rafiq said that, like every day, when he arrived at his store on Saturday, he found the products he kept inside scattered. Not only that, the bag of garlic was open and some bags were missing.
A petty thief is seen stealing garlic
When Rafiq checked the CCTV camera installed in the corridor, he saw a minor filling garlic in a sack inside the corridor. Rafiq has provided written information to the Kotwali city police about the entire matter. Rafiq says that the minor’s father stays outside and carries out the robbery. Even before this, the same petty thief was robbing another runner. At that moment the runner caught him red-handed, but the people managed to free him. This time again the same minor has committed the robbery.
