A girl living in Orai, Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh, made serious allegations against two policemen posted at the police station. The girl alleges that two police officers who came to investigate took her to a room and raped her. Not only that, he assaulted her and when she came to the police station complaining about it, he also pressured her to reach an agreement. The girl complained about this incident to the superintendent of police. The Superintendent of Police has handed over the investigation of the case to the Additional Superintendent of Police.
This is the case of Orai Kotwali, where a girl living in a locality on Monday submitted a petition to the superintendent of police alleging that she was raped by the owner. The owner also stole her jewelry. The complaint was filed on November 11 and on November 15, he received a call on his phone from constable Anjesh Yadav and constable Ramadhar Yadav posted at Cobra of Orai Kotwali and took information about the incident.

Officers Anjesh Yadav and Ramadhar Yadav forcibly removed the woman’s clothes and raped her. He told this incident to his grandmother and reached the Orai police station on November 16, where, when he handed over the complaint letter, the police misbehaved. Not only this, an agent attacked him. The woman alleged that the police pressured her to reach an agreement.
Taking cognizance of this matter, Superintendent of Police Dr. Durgesh Kumar handed over the investigation of the matter to Additional Superintendent of Police Pradeep Kumar. He said the matter is being investigated by the Additional Superintendent of Police and action will be taken based on the facts that emerge.
