According to the meteorological agency Skymet, after the passage of the western disturbance (weather system), the flow of northwesterly winds in the plains will normalize. Cold winds from mountainous areas will reach Delhi, northern Rajasthan, western Uttar Pradesh and northern Madhya Pradesh.
