In Uttar Pradesh, a case of assault on women while entering their house in Govind Nagar in Sadar Bazar area under Saharanpur police station came to light on Monday night. Here some dominant young men attacked the women, for which they were seriously injured. The women suffered head injuries and a video of this incident is also going viral on social media. It is seen that the young men kicked and hit the women and brutally beat them by banging their heads against the wall.
“I hit my head against the wall”
In the video, the women kept screaming for help, but no one came to save them. The injured woman named Khushboo said that she and her family members were victims of this incident due to small money transactions. One of the accused obscenely abused him and threatened to kill him. The accused’s name is Jasveer Moga and Abhishek and another youth were with him. Khushboo said he first hit my head and then pushed it against the wall. They didn’t even forgive my mother and my sisters, who were trying to save them.
‘The people of the neighborhood did not come to rescue us’
He said the accused had been calling for a few days but could not answer the calls as the family was busy. In such a situation, the accused entered the house angry and began to abuse in a drunken state. They attacked the women and said that the police are in their pocket, they can do anything. Local residents also saw the incident but no one came to help. After the incident, the police admitted the injured women to the hospital.
SP City Abhimanyu Manglik said that this matter is a dispute over borrowed money. Both parties have filed complaints at the police station and medical examinations have been carried out. An investigation is underway based on the video and legal action will be taken based on the injuries.
‘They tore his handkerchief, they abused him’
Khushboo, a resident of Govind Nagar, said Jasveer Moga, Abhishek and his nephew Rajat had come to our house. They beat us. Holding my mouth and digging her nails into my lips, she first hit me on the head and then slammed my head against the wall. After this his son came and hit my head against the wall again and tore my entire skirt. He abused me, he said obscene things, he said we will cut you off, we won’t leave you. There were 4 to 5 people.
He did not answer the phone and entered the house.
First he pulled and hit my sister, then he hit my younger sister and my mother too. My mother is a heart patient. He has no old enmity with us. He used to come and sit in our house, eat and drink. When he felt like it, he made it with chicken, when he felt like it, he made it with lamb. Nothing happened except he was calling mom and mom didn’t answer the phone because we were cooking. And suddenly he came to our house in a drunken state and started insulting and saying that I am your servant and that I call you again and again.
