Will Ajmer’s Dargah Sharif also be polled? The court issued notice and sought responses from both parties.

A petition was filed regarding the study of Ajmer’s Dargah Sharif.

The issue of violence after the Shahi Jama Masjid poll in Sambhal was yet to subside when a petition was filed in the court on the Dargah Sharif poll in Rajasthan’s Ajmer district on Wednesday. The court accepted the petition of the Hindu side. In the petition, Ajmer Sharif Dargah has been described as a Hindu temple. This petition was filed on behalf of Hindu Sena president Vishnu Gupta. The court ordered to give notice to the interested parties and set December 20 as the date of the next hearing.

Let us tell you that Hindu Sena national president Vishnu Gupta had raised the issues related to the Dargah and demanded legal intervention. He said that this matter is related to religious feelings and social harmony, for whose solution the intervention of the court is necessary. After the court accepted the lawsuit, this matter is being examined more seriously. The court notified the interested parties and ordered them to present their version.

Now the next hearing will be held on December 20.

Now the next hearing of the case will be on December 20, where the parties’ arguments and documents will be presented. This controversy has given rise to widespread debate at a social and religious level. The national president of the Hindu Sena says that this issue is related to the religious beliefs of the Hindu society. There has been no official response from the Dargah representatives yet. After the court’s decision, all eyes are on the subsequent process.

Claim made from a book.

Earlier, the hearing on Hindu Sena national president Vishnu Gupta’s petition was held last Tuesday when the court had fixed the date of November 27, i.e. today. In the petition filed by Vishnu Gupta, it is stated that there is a Shiva temple in Dargah Sharif. When during the last court hearing, a particular book was presented as evidence. Citing this book, it was claimed that there was a Hindu temple in the Dargah.

Mention of the existence of a Hindu temple in Dargah

This book was written in the year 1911 by Har Vilas Sharda, a resident of Ajmer. Citing this book, Hindu Sena national president Vishnu Gupta said in his petition that there was earlier a temple of Lord Bholenath on the Dargah land. Worship and Jalabhishek used to take place in this Shiva temple. There are traces of temple debris in the construction of the 75-foot-tall Buland Darwaza present in the Dargah complex. Not only this, there is a sanctum sanctorum in the basement of the Dargah.
