(Yamunanagar News) Yamunanagar. On Tuesday, 13 complaints were received in the solution camps organized at the corporation offices located at Jagadhri and Yamuna Nagar to resolve the issues related to the Municipal Corporation. Of them, 12 complaints came to the camps organized at the Yamuna Municipal Corporation office and one complaint to the Municipal Corporation office located in Jagadhri. One of them was resolved on the spot.
Eight complaints were received related to family identity cards and four complaints related to property identification.
Municipal commissioner Ayush Sinha has directed officials to resolve the remaining complaints. Eight complaints related to family ID card and four complaints related to family ID card were received in the solution camp organized at Municipal Corporation office, Yamunanagar. At the same time, a complaint regarding road construction was received in Jagadhri. Which was resolved on the spot. Deputy Corporation Commissioner Dr. Vijay Pal Yadav heard the complaints of each complainant and directed the concerned officials to investigate them and provide immediate redressal. He said corporation officials are investigating the pending complaints. These are complaints that require documentation, on-site inspection and investigation. These issues will also be resolved after investigation.
Municipal Corporation Commissioner Ayush Sinha said officials and employees should take all complaints received at Samadhan Shivir seriously and resolve them at the earliest. He appealed to the residents of the city to lodge complaints at Camp Samadhan to resolve any type of issue related to the Municipal Corporation. He arrived at the field with a written complaint about his problem.
Solution camps are being organized at the corporation offices from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. People’s problems are being resolved quickly in Samadhan camp. XEN Sukhwinder Singh, were present on the occasion.
