Tata Safari Features Update: Tata Motors has made changes to the features of the Safari premium SUV. In this regard, the SUV has lost some features, while the addition of some new features has also benefited. Tata has updated the features of the pure Safari variant. The range of this SUV starts from the base Smart variant (Smart and Smart (O)). Apart from this, Pure, Pure (O), Pure Plus and Pure Plus S variants are also available.

Tata Safari: These features removed

Many features are no longer included in the pure variant of Tata Safari. The air conditioning vents, armrest, spare wheel for third row occupants, dome light for second and third row occupants, tire pressure monitoring system have been removed and LED lights. Additionally, a manual IRVM has replaced the previously existing auto-dimming IRVM unit.

New features and price.

Despite removing some functions Tata Motors New changes have been made to the Pure trim of the SUV. New features like shark fin antenna, reverse parking camera and 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system have now been included.

Even after these updates, there has been no difference in the price of the pure Tata Safari variant. The ex-showroom price of Tata Safari Pure has remained between Rs 16.99 lakh and Rs 18.99 lakh.

Tata Safari Specifications

The Tata Safari SUV is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. This SUV comes with 6-speed manual gearbox and 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox option. This engine generates a maximum torque of 168 HP and 350 Nm. Tata Motors can also offer Safari with 1.5-litre TGDi petrol engine.
