To make people’s travel easier and better on Diwali and Chhath Puja, Railways has stopped India’s longest Vande Bharat Express train. This train will run between New Delhi and Patna. Which has been designed to improve the country’s expanded high-speed rail network. This train will stop at many stations while covering the distance from New Delhi to Patna.

According to information, the new train connecting Patna, the capital of Bihar, with New Delhi left New Delhi railway station at 8:25 am on Wednesday, covered a distance of 994 km in 11 hours and 30 minutes and He arrived at his destination at 8 pm. . According to the Indian Railway Ministry, the special train was used on a trial basis and will stop at Arrah, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Prayagraj and Kanpur. New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express will provide a fast and luxurious travel experience to passengers.

A sleeping car will be installed soon

Notably, the train will run from Delhi to Patna on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and from Patna to Delhi on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It will leave Patna at 7:30 am and reach Delhi at 7 pm. Sleeper class is not available to train passengers and only the chair car is available. According to information, Indian Railways will soon introduce a sleeper coach in the Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express.

Ticket prices for New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express have been fixed at Rs 2,575 for AC chair car and Rs 4,655 for executive chair car. Travelers have enjoyed the train service since October 30, with trips scheduled for November 1, 3 and 6. However, the return service from Patna to Delhi will be available on November 2, 4 and 7.

Special train from Delhi to Patna

Previously, the longest Vande Bharat ran between New Delhi and Varanasi, in which a distance of 771 kilometers was covered in just 8 hours. Additionally, Indian Railways has recently launched another Vande Bharat train from Lucknow to Chapra Junction in Bihar, allowing passengers to travel back to their home state for Diwali and Chhath Puja celebrations with ease and comfort.

Train number 02270 leaves Lucknow at 14:15 and reaches Sultanpur, Varanasi, Ghazipur, Ballia, Surempur and finally Chapra at 21:30. It operates six days a week. Their service is not available on Tuesdays.
