The night of Diwali turned out to be a tragic night for the people of Delhi. On October 31, 318 fire-related calls were received at the Delhi Fire Brigade office. These calls are said to be from October 31 until now. That means this data is for 24 hours. According to firefighters, vehicles were also sent to all these calls.
A passenger was said to have been traveling with firecrackers in Chhawla area of Dwarka, when the firecracker caught fire. After this, firecrackers started bursting, causing the bus to catch fire. Two people were injured in this incident. He was immediately admitted to the hospital.
Noida: socialites escaped from the flat
A fire also broke out on the 17th floor of Supertech Ecovillage A Society in Greater Noida West, Noida. This incident took place in the Bisrakh police station area where socialites left the apartment and came down. A team of firefighters immediately rushed to the scene and began extinguishing the fire. The fire was controlled in time.

Fire breaks out at a shoe store in Indirapuram
A massive fire broke out at a footwear shop in Gyan Khand III in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. An apartment also caught fire in this incident. Six fire brigade vehicles arrived at the scene and tried to extinguish the fire and, in time, the people trapped there were rescued safe and sound. The cause of this fire is believed to have been a short circuit and firecrackers.
Pollution level increased after Diwali in Delhi
Along with this, there has been an alarming rise in the pollution level in Delhi after Diwali. Bad air has once again increased concern. According to CPCB data, the 24-hour average pollution in Delhi has also increased to 359. Due to fireworks, the weather in Delhi has become confusing. In many places in Delhi, the PM 2.5 level has crossed the prescribed limit several times.
