A gruesome murder case has come to light in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha. Here, a man along with his friends killed his wife by giving her an injection of anesthesia. The incident took place in Bharatpur area under Bharatpur police station in Bhubaneswar.
In fact, on October 28, Pradyuman Kumar Das arrived at the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar with his wife Subhashree. Pradyumna said Subhashree had attempted suicide. Upon arrival at Capital Hospital, doctors declared the woman dead. On October 28, Pradyuman also lodged a complaint with the police regarding Subhashree’s suicide.
The police had registered a case of unnatural death in this case and sent the body for autopsy. When the autopsy report came out, the police officers were stunned. Actually, the post-mortem report had revealed that there were black spots on the woman’s hands and neck and that the woman died due to anesthesia overdose.

Murder with girlfriends
As soon as the truth came to light, the police immediately intervened and the statements of the doctors who conducted the autopsy were recorded. Based on the doctors’ statement, the police detained the deceased’s husband and questioned him. During interrogation, the woman’s husband admitted that he had illicit relations with two girls and that he and his two friends had committed the murder.
In reality, the murderer Pradyuman had illicit relations with some girls. After getting this information, there was an argument with Pradyumna’s wife Subhashree. Subhashree lived in her maternal home separately from her husband Pradyumna for 8 months. On October 28, Pradyuman lured his wife with his sweet words and took her to his girlfriend Rosie Patra’s house.

As per the pre-planned plan, Pradyuman and his two girlfriends (Rosie Patra and Ejita Bhuiyan) had brought the anesthesia injection home. Since Rosie Patra and Ejita Bhuiyan work in a pharmacy, they had no problem getting anesthesia.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Rosy and Agita forcibly injected him with anesthesia. Anesthetic was injected twice into Subhashree’s hand and waist, due to which Subhashree died due to overdose. When Subhashree’s husband took her to the hospital, he told her that Subhashree had consumed poison due to which she was in such a condition. However, the police arrested two of Pradyuman’s friends who were involved with him.
