In this sports competition organized in the school yard, the women’s matka race was also organized. Sarpanch Anil Kumar arrived as chief guest at the sports competition organized at Bilawal Sports Ground and honored the winning participants by giving them cash.
In this running competition organized under the guidance of coach Nasheeb Singh, competitions were organized for boys and girls of Under-14 and Under-17 categories in 100, 200, 400 and 1500 metres.
In the boys, under-14 category, Nitin won first place in the 1500 meter run, Rohit in the 400 meter run, Rohit Kumar in the 200 meter run and Harsh in the 100 meter run. In Under-17, Manit, Ishant, Lalit and Rishi took the first places in 1,500, 400, 200 and 100 meters respectively. Bhavana took first place in the women’s 400 meter race. In the women’s matka race, Sukhwanti came first, Lakshmi came second and Savitri came third. In this running competition, a cash prize of two thousand one hundred rupees was awarded to the first place, one thousand one hundred rupees to the second place and five hundred rupees to the third place.
