(Rewari News) Rewari. On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Run for Unity was organized from the local Rao Tularam Stadium. A large number of youth ran with full enthusiasm and gave the message of national unity. Rewari MLA Laxman Yadav, Kosli MLA Anil Yadav and Bawal MLA Dr Krishna Kumar abandoned the Unity Run and ran with the youth. On this occasion, a large number of participants attended, including Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Meena, Zilla Parishad CEO Vikas Yadav, SDM Surendra Singh and Uday Singh.
Paying tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, MLA Laxman Yadav took oath of national unity to all the participants and inspired everyone to move forward on the path shown by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Addressing the gathering, he said that after the country’s independence, the bold and difficult task of uniting India, which was divided into different parts in the form of princely states, was only possible due to the foresight of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
He said that the present government is celebrating Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birthday as National Unity Day. Thanks to the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the world’s tallest statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was also installed in Gujarat. The world’s tallest statue was installed in accordance with the personality of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and his enormous contribution to the development of the country. Today all Indians will have to swear that they are Indians before identifying themselves with caste, religion, region and language. If all Indians make united efforts, no power in the world will be able to stop India from becoming a world power.
This time, facing the demand to lay synthetic track in the stadium and install the statue of Shahid Rao Tularam, Rewari MLA Laxman Yadav directed the administrative officials to take further steps in this direction at the earliest.
