Incidents of terrorism have been continuously increasing in Jammu and Kashmir for the past few days. In the last 24 hours there have been 3 terrorist attacks in the state – yesterday there was firing in Budgam and Bandipora and today there was firing in Srinagar. National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah sees the smell of conspiracy in these increasing incidents of terrorism.
Speaking to the media, he said the attack is an attempt to create crisis. Only then we should catch the attackers and we will know who is behind these terrorists. They shouldn’t be killed. He said catch them and ask who is doing all this. Why are these incidents happening only now? Why did these attacks stop before and why are they happening only now?
Doubt expressed about agencies
Referring to the terror attack on workers in Budgam, he said: “It should be investigated. How a government has been formed here and this is happening. I doubt it is those people who are trying to destabilize this government.” Why did these attacks happen now? Is there any agency that is trying to create a crisis? “Those behind these attacks are trying to destabilize Omar Abdullah’s government.”
