On November 2, following the Catholic Church’s tradition of remembering the dead, Pope Francis celebrated Mass at Rome’s Laurentina Cemetery and prayed for all the world’s dead.

The Holy Mass began at 10 a.m. in the Jesu Resorto, or Chapel of the Risen Jesus, in the Laurentina cemetery in Rome. On this occasion the Holy Father stopped at the section of the cemetery where the children are buried. He paid his respects, laid roses and prayed for all the dead believers.
“In the Church no suffering is suffered alone,” the Pope wrote in his message X of November 2. No tears are shed in oblivion, because everyone breathes and participates in the same grace.” #AllTheSaints #CommunionOfTheSaints
