Issuing the fatwa, Maulana Mufti Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi said that Naseem Solanki is guilty in the eyes of Shariat. Idol worship is prohibited in Islam. If someone worships an idol, there are strict rules against it. If anyone does this without knowing it, they should repent.
