- NSUI started tree plantation drive and planted 11 saplings

The environment positively affects human life and the entire ecosystem and tree planting is very important to keep the environment balanced and pollution-free, because tree planting is essential for land conservation, quality improvement of human life and sustainable development.
This was stated by NSUI district president Manjit Langyan within the framework of the tree plantation campaign aimed at environmental protection. He said that NSUI carried out a plantation drive in order to protect the environment, under which the NSUI team was committed to conserve them by planting 11 saplings in various public areas including Ambedkar Bhawan of Rewari Kheda village .
While planting saplings, NSUI district president Manjit Langyan said plants and trees produce oxygen in the atmosphere and absorb carbon dioxide, thereby improving air quality. Apart from this, trees help in conserving rainwater and maintaining the groundwater level and also keep the soil stable and increase its fertility.
Longyan said greenery helps improve physical and mental health, reducing stress and allowing people to breathe cleaner air. He called on all citizens to plant as many plants as possible and conserve them, so that the earth can become green and pollution-free.
