A girl from Uttar Pradesh did something similar, she left her job worth 1 million rupees and started a new company and today her company’s revenue is more than 40 million rupees. She has become a successful businesswoman.
The initial journey was not easy for Ayushi, a resident of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. He had to face a lot of problems after rejecting a job worth Rs 1 million. Relatives and acquaintances had previously asked him to insure his life, but to fulfill his dream he left his job and entered the world of startups.
How did the company start?
According to Aarushi, after completing her engineering degree in Computer Science, she and many of her college students were giving job interviews. Aarushi had received job offers from many companies. The job offer with the highest package was Rs 1 million from a large company in the country, but he rejected it. Because I wanted to start a startup. He saw that there were many young people who did not get any jobs or could not get interviews. It was from here that he came up with an idea and a Talent Decrypt platform was started.
The journey was not easy
The company had already started, but there was still a lot of work to do. The biggest challenge was adding IT companies to this platform. Ayushi and his co-founder had no knowledge of any company. Then he thought he would go to the companies himself and tell them about his platform. The first day he visited 30 companies, but no one allowed him to enter. This sequence continued for 1 week. He then went to his father and showed his software to an IT company. So what was left? One after another, companies joined them and today this startup generates a revenue of Rs 40 crore annually.

Aarushi says Talent Decrypt is a platform that gives access to any company to select their candidates from any corner of the world. Additionally, the selection can be made taking into account your experience and other skills. Furthermore, this platform has also proven to be useful in providing employment to the youth. Aarushi is the founder and CEO of this company.
