Canada’s new conspiracy against India! Justin Trudeau includes his name on the list of ‘enemy countries’

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau

Canada does not give up its antics. Now, for the first time, Justice Trudeau’s government has included India’s name in the list of countries posing cyber threats. This measure has been taken by the Canadian government amid the ongoing diplomatic dispute between the two countries. In a way, the Canadian government has tried to indicate that there is a possibility of India spying on Ottawa.

According to the PTI report, India was ranked fifth in Canada’s National Cyber Threat Assessment 2025-2026 (NCTA 2025-2026) report after China, Russia, Iran and North Korea. The report says our assessment is that the Indian government is likely to conduct cyber threat activities against the Canadian government network for espionage purposes.

India was accused of the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar

This fact came to light at a time when a few months ago, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had said that his government has strong evidence that the Indian government was involved in the murder of Canadian Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in British Columbia in June 2023. Agents were involved. However, India rejected Canada’s claim as absurd. Following Canada’s accusations, there has been a breakdown in relations between the two countries.

India’s name was not in the previous report.

This cyber threat report was released on October 30 by the Canadian Center for Cyber Security (Cyber Center), which is Canada’s technical authority on cybersecurity and is part of the Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSE). . Previously, when this report was published in 2018, 2020 and 2023-24, India was not mentioned. India has now been mentioned in the assessment report released for 2025-26.

The report also says that India’s leadership aims to build a modern cyber program with national cyber capabilities. Canada said India uses it to advance its national security interests. This includes espionage, fighting terrorism and trying to increase India’s global status.

India gave a befitting response to allegations against Home Minister

Earlier, India objected to a statement by Canada’s Deputy Foreign Minister David Morrison. The minister alleged that India’s Home Minister Amit Shah had ordered a campaign of violence, intimidation and intelligence gathering against Sikh separatists inside Canada. Rejecting the Canadian minister’s statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that such absurd and unfounded accusations will have a serious impact on bilateral relations between the two countries.
